We just opened an ice-cream parlour, we wanted to work in a total transparency : our customers can see through the window - the way our pastry chef are working in the laboratory : using fresh and quality products from all around the world. Pastry could be customize the way our customers would like (gluten free or nuts free items, unique flavours...). Pastry lessons for kids and parents are gonna be available soon . We are serving on site ice cream cup, ice-cream cake, coffee specialities and drinks (fresh juices..) , a delivery service is also available on request.
